Daley Gas Group provides domestic gas installation, servicing, repair and safety services across Chester and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
We provide professional gas services including, but not limited to:
- Boiler installation, servicing and repairs
- Gas cooker installation, servicing and repairs
- Gas fire installation, servicing and repairs
- Landlord gas safety checks (CP12)
- Gas leak detection
- General gas safety inspections
All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and in accordance with current UK gas safety regulations.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Daley Gas Group are based on the information available at the time. Prices may change if additional work is required, if issues are uncovered during the job, or if site conditions differ from those described.
Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
Bookings & Appointments
Appointments are agreed at a mutually convenient time. We ask that customers provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated missed appointments may result in a call-out charge.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash or other agreed methods.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in recovery action in accordance with UK law.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by giving reasonable notice. Where cancellation occurs without reasonable notice, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.
Daley Gas Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency call-outs or extreme weather. Where possible, customers will be informed promptly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the work required
- Ensuring safe access to the property
- Ensuring gas appliances and pipework are safe to access
- Informing us of any known hazards at the property
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect our ability to carry out the work safely.
Safety & Compliance
All gas work is carried out in accordance with current Gas Safe regulations and UK safety standards. If an installation or appliance is found to be unsafe, we reserve the right to isolate it for safety reasons.
We cannot be held responsible for the condition of existing appliances or pipework that we did not install.
Guarantees & Warranties
Any workmanship carried out by Daley Gas Group is guaranteed for a reasonable period as agreed at the time of the job. Manufacturer warranties apply to new appliances and parts supplied and installed by us.
Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, third-party alterations or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Daley Gas Group will not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by pre-existing faults
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Issues arising from customer-supplied equipment or materials
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
